Our systems identify on what date your asset or equipment is at home and send an email and sms to your email address.

The dates of reception of the new equipment are valid.

With your validation ACCUOR issues the shipping order to DHL Logistics.

DHL Logistics makes the shipment and schedules the delivery by sms and email.

On the date indicated, a DHL staff member will deliver the new equipment in your case and a local technician will come to replace the equipment.

You must insert the return labels in the same case and DHL Logistics will pick it up the next day at your home.

The equipment returns to our factory and is completely reconditioned and stored for shipment to you the same equipment the following year or if you have an issue.
